Terms of Service

These terms are between you and The Right Match (“we”), operator of The Right Match (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Waiver & Release of Liability.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. One person, one account. Information you give us (including your date of birth, gender and preferences) must be accurate.

We use your questionnaire answers and preferences to suggest matches. We don’t guarantee that you will be matched, that a match will be compatible with you, or any relationship outcome. Free members can have up to 3 matches open before a call; Premier members have no such limit. These limits may change, and we will update this page when they do.

Be honest and respectful. Don’t harass, threaten, impersonate, scam or solicit anyone; don’t post unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading content or photos you don’t have the right to use; don’t use the Service for commercial promotion or to collect other users’ information. We may remove content, suspend or end accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where we think it is needed to keep people safe or follow the law.

You are responsible for your own interactions, online and offline. We do not run background checks and cannot confirm anyone’s identity or intentions. Please read our safety tips.

Premier is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider, Stripe, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

If you turn on text alerts you agree to receive text messages about new matches at the number you give us. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or turn alerts off in your profile settings.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, The Right Match is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. We may update them; if a change is significant we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
