Privacy Policy

• Account details: email, password (stored hashed), date of birth, and optionally a phone number.
• Profile details: name, gender and who you’re interested in, city or location, height, occupation, bio and photos.
• Your questionnaire answers, dealbreakers and matching preferences.
• Your matches, availability you share for scheduling, messages and feedback.
• Billing status for Premier (card details go to Stripe, not to us).
• Basic technical data such as your time zone and what’s needed to keep you signed in.

To run the Service: create your account, calculate and show matches, schedule calls and dates, send the alerts you ask for, take payment, keep the community safe, and improve how matching works. We don’t sell your personal information.

As soon as you're matched, your match sees your first name, age, the languages you speak, and the city and state (or city and country) you live in, never your last name, address or exact location. Your occupation is shown once you both opt in. Your photos, height, bio and other interests are shown after your first call together. Your raw questionnaire answers are never shown to other members, only compatibility summaries.

Service providers that process data for us:

• Hosting and database providers (to run the app).
• Stripe (payments).
• Daily (video calls). Calls are not recorded by us.
• Resend (email) and Twilio (text messages, only if you turn on text alerts).
• Image-moderation services (to screen uploaded photos).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

You can edit your profile, pause matching, change alert settings, or ask us to delete your account and data. We keep some records as needed for safety, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards, and sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after.

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
